Thank you for your consideration in giving to the mission and work of Heroes Fighting Hunger. We have two primary programs to combat childhood hunger in America. Bag Hunger mobilizes great people just like you to have simple and fun food collections while M*A*S*H Hunger provides emergency and short-term grocery support for families with children in Active Duty Military Service and the dependents of those Wounded In Action (WIA) - Missing In Action (MIA) - Prisoner Of War (POW) - or Killed In Action (KIA). M*A*S*H Hunger is a food purchase and delivery program funded solely by grateful Americans like you.

Heroes Fighting Hunger has been called The Biggest Little Nonprofit in America because of our big mission and little (frugal) budget. We pinch every penny and stretch every dollar we receive. At Heroes every staff person is a volunteer including our President, E.D. Snyder. All staff are called VPs (Volunteer Partners) and they all work remotely in the field. We outsource things we cannot do and partner with other organizations and companies who do things more effectively than us. We have a literal "home" office. We do not pay for rent or mortgage and streamline everything. Every dollar we save is like getting an extra dollar. With it, we can feed another child. This drives us to be frugal and creative.
